Hack for Humanity: Miami

Our chapter is joining Hack for Humanity, The AI Collective’s global initiative running Fall 2026. It continues the Humans in AI Week conversations we held this summer, where we identified real problems in our local community. Now it’s time to build the solutions. The Theme Build AI-powered solutions around a theme that benefits humanity and the city of Miami. Every problem statement and every prompt should address a real need in our community—whether that means improving access, safety, education, opportunity, sustainability, health, or connection. This is not a hackathon for demos that die on Sunday. Build something Miami can use. The Schedule — 10 AM–5 PM 10:00–10:20 AM — Check-in 10:20–10:45 AM — Welcome and opening remarks 10:45 AM–3:30 PM — Build time 12:30–2:00 PM — Food available 3:30–3:45 PM — Project submissions 3:45–4:30 PM — Demos 4:30–4:45 PM — Judging 4:45–5:00 PM — Winners and closing The Goal Benefit humanity—starting in Miami. All are welcome. Winning teams may be invited to join a grant-funded project to commercialize what they build, and selected projects may be featured in our global newsletter reaching 300,000+ subscribers. RSVP today.
