This one has already happened. It stays here as part of the record — and because whoever ran it will very likely run another.

Join a Claude Community Event, organized by local enthusiasts for everyone who loves building with Claude! A hands-on workshop, not a talk night. Bring your laptop and build. You set up a software factory: a crew of Claude Code sessions that plans with you, builds, reviews and merges, with Tares, GlassFlow's open-source tool, keeping the plan and your answers. Then you give it a small test job and watch it go from plan to pull requests merged on main. During the session we will build a crew of Claude Code sessions running in the background on your own Claude Code plan: The orchestrator, which picks up planned projects and starts builders A builder, which works the tickets in your repo, one pull request each The reviewer, which reviews every pull request before it is merged Tares holds what they share: the spec, the tickets, the reviews and your answers. The factory works on any repo, nothing in it is specific to tonight. Finished early? We've prepared a second build: an AI SRE with a handover agent. You build two agents that watch a small live service: a cheap watcher that looks every two minutes, and a root-cause agent it hands off to when something looks wrong. Then you break the service and watch them find out why. Before you come Please do the setup at home: workshop-munich.glassflow.ai. It includes downloads of about 600 MB, and the Wi-Fi on site will be slow. What to bring A fully charged laptop with macOS or Linux. On Windows, use WSL2. Power outlets in the room are limited. Claude Code installed (terminal or VS Code extension) and signed in with your own Claude plan. The workshop credits arrive after the event. Python 3.11 or later Tares, version 1.45.0 or later For the bonus build: Docker and your own Anthropic API key, or the cloud option from the setup guide Agenda 18:00 Doors open, pizza, drinks and networking 18:30 Welcome (Florian Steiner, Claude Community Ambassador Munich) 18:35 The software factory setup (Armend Avdijaj and Kiran Nambiar, GlassFlow) 18:45 Hands-on: build a software factory with Claude Code and Tares 19:30 Bonus build for early finishers: an AI SRE with Claude Code and Tares 20:15 Show and tell: what did you build, and what did your factory ship? 20:35 Wrap-up and a short outlook from GlassFlow 20:45 End Workshop by Armend Avdijaj, Co-founder & CEO at GlassFlow. Armend is the co-founder and CEO of GlassFlow, a Berlin-based startup building data infrastructure and observability tooling for AI agents in production. He leads the company's vision, product direction and growth. Kiran Nambiar, Senior Backend Engineer at GlassFlow. Kiran builds the data infrastructure behind observability and context engineering for AI agents in production. He focuses on performance, reliability and scalability. Good to know You will build on your own laptop, alone or at a table with others. Every approved participant receives Claude API credits after the workshop. Please register with the email address of your Claude account. Space is limited. If you can't make it, please release your spot so someone from the waitlist can join. The workshop is in English.
