Join the closing event for Pitch in Whitehall! Pitch in Whitehall is a new startup competition, delivered by Startup Coalition in partnership with the Government Digital Service, bringing the cutting edge of startup innovation into the heart of government. This year's challenge is 'Green Compute': solutions that can help the UK public sector run next-generation AI and data intensive workloads while achieving net-zero carbon operations by 2030. Speakers at the event include Susannah Storey, Permanent Secretary at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport - who will also be awarding the winning startup with the prize - and Emily Middleton, Interim Director General for Digital Transformation within the Government Digital Service. Six finalists have been selected to compete for the prize - a government contract to deliver a proof of concept with the Government Digital Service.
