WHAT IT COVERS
WHAT IT IS

About this one.

Agenda 17:30 – 18:10 | Doors Open & Networking & Food Kick things off — meet fellow AI-curious minds, and warm up before the main program begins. 18:10 – 18:25 | Opening: Why We're Here A quick intro to set the vibe for Australia's growing Claude community! 18:25 – 18:45 | I'm a designer who can't code, and I'm shipping apps anyway — Alex Sviryda I've spent 10 years as a product designer and never learned how to code. But I've always been around products, working out what to solve and why. What I couldn't do was code and build the thing myself. Now I can, so I'm building Grocero, a grocery price comparison app for Australian supermarkets. There's a frontend for iOS and Android, a backend with scrapers, an API, and a landing page to make the marketing side work. Claude Code wrote all of it while I was orchestrating. I'll walk you through the workflow that got it there. It starts with the early idea in my head and a lot of chats with Claude the sceptic, and it ends with the specific setup I use to make sure nothing gets exposed that shouldn't be. Marketing is in there too, since I'm going after organic traffic instead of paying for ads. Spoiler alert: building turned out to be the easy part. Judgement is the hard part, and I'll show you how I make it work. Staff Product Designer at Propeller, working on geospatial software for construction industry. Outside of work I build and ship real apps with Claude Code, without writing the code myself. Nudget, a job application tracker, is live on the App Store. Grocero, a grocery price comparison app for Australian supermarkets, is what I'm building now. 18:45 – 19:05 | Claude for (AI) Sales — Miguel Pieters Claude Cowork as the Operating System for Sales. Most sales teams still use AI as a chatbot that drafts emails. We show how Cowork integrates with CRM, inbox, Slack and calendar. Walk away with valuable skills you can use in your day-to-day selling. Daily digest and a CRM-updating skill for reps; a weekly forecast and FY26 account planning for sales leadership. For AEs, CSMs, sales leaders and RevOps. No technical background needed. Founder of Onwise.io (AI enablement for B2B sales teams), 10+ years in sales leadership. 3+ years experience building with AI. Full business runs on Claude. Sydney-based. 19:05 – 19:25 | How a Claude Ambassador uses Claude every day — Dominik Fretz I'm running a company, several Claude events, a community. So, how do I use Claude? What skills, or connectors do I use? In this talk I spill it all out! 19:25 – 19:40 | Community Q&A Bring your questions - where are you stuck? What's confusing? 19:40 – 19:50 | Community announcements & Q&A Community announcements, next meetings, Q&A.
