This one has already happened. It stays here as part of the record — and because whoever ran it will very likely run another.

We are taking a break from workshops and history lessons this month to have a conversation. For this month's AINooga meetup, we're bringing together local business leaders, entrepreneurs, and technologists who are actually putting AI and other emerging technologies to work. We'll talk about what is working, what isn't, and what businesses are learning along the way. Topics will include things like: What's the real ROI (money, time, opportunity) of AI and the current balance point of trust for you? Where is traditional software, automation, or human expertise still making more sense? Concerns with data privacy, security, and sovereignty? What has been easier or harder than expected? Where is this headed and what local opportunities do you see in this new paradigm? This will be a discussion mediated by John Gardner with panelists: Chris Hart, Founder of Arcadian Cloud Chantz Yanagida, CEO of ProtoProof Troy Bearden, Founder & Chief Engineer, Premsys.ai / Bytecove Mike Conrad, Platform Engineer at Defense Unicorns (pending..) I will be refraining from bringing up Skynet, bubbles, economy, and/or Utopia. Actually, let's be honest. No I won't. 😈 We'll leave plenty of room for audience questions and discussion, so bring your own experiences, skepticism, successes, failures, and questions. Please be advised: Unfortunately, space is very limited at these community events and we can not always accept everyone we would like to. If you are not accepted to this event, please keep applying! We appreciate your application tremendously and we are looking forward to seeing you at a future event very soon!
