GLM 5.2 Easy Setup
GLM 5.2 should not need a PhD thesis to run. Quantization, context window sizes, all the config stuff that should just fly over your head. So I found the fastest setup I could and walked through it start to finish. The trick: instead of hand-editing config files, point Droid at Factory's own setup docs and let the agent wire up GLM 5.2 with your Baseten key. Baseten serves the model directly, US-hosted, with a fast time to first token, and you get the full 1M token context window. I also cover the cheaper route (use your existing Droid subscription for roughly double the usage) and the one catch nobody mentions before you lose time to it: GLM 5.2 is text only, so no images for now.
