Delivered by OpenAI Academy with Booking.com, the program combined online learning with events in Dublin, Warsaw, London, Munich, Milan, and Paris. Through mentor-led demonstrations, participants explored how ChatGPT and Codex can save time, strengthen operations, and create more room for growth. SMEs represent 99% of European businesses. Expanding their access to practical AI skills will be critical to Europe’s innovation, competitiveness, and prosperity.
