Anthropic has released Claude Sonnet 5.5, and OpenAI Dev Day is just a few hours away, with a probable release of new GPT Astra model variant. First I explain what Sonnet 5.5 really is, How much does it cost, what are the benchmark numbers and how does it score against Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Sol. Then we move to the Dev Day predictions, as we discuss if OpenAI will launch a new model tomorrow. Is GPT-7 Bel coming, or is GPT-6 Astra Cyber the realistic release. After that, I discuss what is Agent o, which is OpenAI's leaked always-on assistant. Next, we look at the new API speed tiers.
