I go through every stage: building a character people actually care about, designing a world with rules that never break, writing a story with a real turn in it, then generating the whole thing as 1080p 16:9 video at 24 fps and running a refinement process that took it through five full versions. The tool holding it all together is invideo Agent 2. Instead of prompting shot by shot, you brief an agent once with your characters, your world rules and your story, and it keeps that context across every single generation. I set up five agents running in parallel: Master John for the overall creative decisions, Susan Storyboard for the still frames, Music Martha for the score, Titles Tim for the graphic design, and Continuity Colin to check the work for drift. Playbooks let me hard code the rules every agent follows on every generation, including which image and video models to use. Agent 2 runs four times faster than Agent 1.
