Five ways to copy what already ranks, no coding needed, with the Claude Code and Semrush setup shown click by click. My last business got 50,000 Google clicks a month and half a million dollars in revenue. This is the shortcut I'd take today. First, a Semrush competitor analysis. Claude finds the few service pages and blog posts that bring competitors most of their traffic. A keyword gap shows the searches that find them and never find you. A backlink gap lists the links a local business can actually win. Then I clone my free blueprint and rebuild their best service page and blog post. Not a copy. A better version, in your words. For local SEO, Claude uses Firecrawl to search a competitor's phone number in quotes and finds every directory they're listed on, then pulls every Google Business Profile category they use. Last, AI search. Claude in Chrome asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini who the best plumber in Toronto is, again and again, and lists every site the answers cite. Get listed there and you get named when people ask AI who to hire. Then repeat it for every service and city you cover, overnight. The trade-off: directory sign-ups are still manual.
