I dedicate this series to those looking to move from Lightroom or are a bit confused by all of the user interface options Capture One offers to those looking to get the most from their photography. In this episode, we take a quick look at the levels control. This is a bit different from the curve, but at the end of the day as a similar result and can be used in combination with curves, the high dynamic range, or even additional levels controls on other layers. It allows you to set the black and white points as well as manipulate the input and output ranges for the image layer.
