I built the fastest & lightest AI coding agent GUI - 12MB, 4X FASTER, Fully Opensource!
Please Star PandaCode on GitHub: https://github.com/aicodeking/pandacode Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/@aicodeking/join In this video, I'll show you PandaCode, a free and open-source desktop app I made that runs all your coding agents in one window: Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code, OpenCode, GLM, MiMo, Grok Build and Antigravity, with the logins and plans you already pay for. I'll install it on Mac, Windows and Linux, tour the app, and send a real prompt with approvals, queued messages, steering and per-turn diffs, the Changes panel, the terminal and the built-in browser. Then we'll go through mobile simulators, attachments and moodboards, worktrees with two-click merges, GitHub, the task board, Agent Teams, Bots, local VMs and deploys. Finally, I'll cover Agent Usage, Resume at reset, the Token Saver, faster follow-ups, the Quick overlay, privacy, and the things that still need work. -- Key Takeaways: 🐼 PandaCode runs Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code, OpenCode, GLM, MiMo, Grok Build and Antigravity in one window, using the coding tools and plans you already have. 💸 It's free and open source under the MIT license, with no account, no license key and no tracking. ⚡ It uses your system's web view instead of shipping Chrome: in my tests the window opened in about a third of a second and used about 130 to 160 MB idle, versus about 3 seconds and 700 MB for T3 Code. 🔀 Approvals sit in one bar above the prompt box, Enter queues a message while the agent works, and Command Enter steers the running turn in Claude Code and Codex. 🔍 Every turn shows the files it changed, with side-by-side diffs, a Git Changes panel, a real terminal and a built-in browser that lists your local servers. 🌳 Worktrees give each agent its own branch, and merging back into main takes about two clicks. 👥 Agent Teams let an architect split the work across up to three workers, and you can mix models like Opus, Codex and GLM. 🤖 Bots connect an agent to Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp or a web chat, and on Apple silicon agents can test your app inside macOS or Linux VMs. 📊 Agent Usage shows your limits and API-price estimates, Resume at reset continues a task when a limit resets, and follow-ups start in about 4 seconds instead of about 8. 👍 Verdict: the best way I know to use many coding agents right now, all in one fast window, and it costs nothing.
