OpenAI Academy traveled to Abilene, Texas, home of OpenAI’s first Stargate data center, to host hands-on AI training for local small business owners and educators. In partnership with the Development Corporation of Abilene and Texas State Technical College, participants learned practical ways to use ChatGPT and Codex to save time, improve workflows, and build confidence with AI tools. As AI infrastructure expands, OpenAI is committed to helping communities build the skills needed to participate in the future of AI — not just live next to it.
