Capture One In 2 Minutes - Gradient Mask Magic

In this series, we will explore Capture One tips, tricks, and quick tutorials, all in around 2 minutes or so. I dedicate this series to those looking to move from Lightroom or are a bit confused by all of the user interface options Capture One offers to those looking to get the most from their photography. In this episode, we take a closer look at how to use the Gradient Masks tools in Capture One. These are the linear gradient mask and as well as the circular version. Both tools allow for accurate masks over larger areas where drawing with a brush would be difficult. I talk about how to use them as well as give a few examples on some images of the lovely Rachel. I should also mention you can flip the mask area of the circle by dragging the outer edge inward, but I trimmed that out as it was getting a bit long.
