Locking In Might Be the Biggest Mistake of Your Life
Everyone says to lock in and stay in your room until the software is done, and I think that's one of the biggest mistakes you can make in 2026. So today I drove up to San Francisco to have lunch with a friend, and this is the same friend who told me a month ago to make the font bigger in my app so people could still read it while they were eating and talking, and that one piece of advice changed how the whole thing works. I also had an $11.50 cup of coffee called Purple that tasted like grape soda, and the person who made it came out of winemaking and brought a fermentation technique nobody else in coffee is using, and that is exactly the kind of craftsmanship I want to bring into the apps I build.
