In this video, I walk through the complete architecture. Webhooks and scheduled jobs feed an event ledger, Redis queues the work, Celery executes workflows, Postgres stores shared state, and Grafana and Sentry show me what happened. I also trace a product purchase and a daily revenue sync through the system. The runtime itself uses very little AI.
