You can now use a rough sketch or an image to guide your prompts! This opens the door to a lot less random image generation and can allow you to direct the Stable Diffusion bot closer to the desired image composition you have in mind. This is pretty mind-blowing, and nothing like this is remotely possible with MidJourney at this time.
