I Tried Kling 4.0... Has Huge Issues
Try Kling 4.0 on Higgsfield 👉 https://higgsfield.ai/s/higgsfield-kling-4-0-yt-jadm-h-PCivIs Kling 4.0 vs Seedance 2.5: same images, same prompts, 4 tests, 30 seconds each. Which one would you pick? Kling 4.0 is now live on Higgsfield, and it makes up to 30 seconds in a single clip, double Kling 3.0's 15. So a full 30 second AI video scene comes out of one generation. I put it against Seedance 2.5 in 2 realism tests and 2 animation tests to see if it can compete. This video is sponsored by Higgsfield. 🎬 Kling 4.0 on Higgsfield Higgsfield puts the top AI video generator models in one place, and Kling 4.0 comes with 3 modes: • References: multi-reference video. Give it your characters, products and places (I used 8 images in test 2). • Frames: keyframes AI video. Plan the shot with your own images (I used a start frame in tests 1, 3 and 4). • Edit video: AI video editing. Change one part of a finished clip without redoing the whole shot. And you see the credit cost on the Generate button before you commit. Product page: https://higgsfield.ai/blog/kling-4-0-on-higgsfield 🧪 How I tested (a fair AI filmmaking test) I made my reference images with Nano Banana 2.1 on Higgsfield. Both models got the same images and the exact same prompt: 30 seconds, 1080p, 16:9, sound on. 1. Realism: a dad waits on a snowy train platform with tulips, and his daughter steps off the train (Frames). 2. Realism, product ad: 4 friends, a hot tub in the snow and 2 flavors of Frostline, a made-up drink (References, 8 images). 3. Hand-drawn 2D: a flower seller opens his stall in a village square. Blind test, guess which one is Kling (Frames). 4. Anime: a bike courier races down a harbor town at sunrise to catch a ferry (Frames, one image, one prompt). 🏆 Results (my opinion, you're the judge) 1. Train: Seedance 2.5. Better sound and color, she runs and the train leaves. Kling 4.0 skips her run, jumps to the hug, and he says "There is" instead of "There she is". 2. Frostline: draw. Seedance looks more real but mixes up the cans and who opens what. Kling 4.0 looks more AI, but everyone grabs the right can. In both, they get in the hot tub with their clothes on. 3. Flower stall: Kling 4.0. It started on my image, every character showed up, the sign is spelled right and it ends on the pull-back over the rooftops, like I wrote it. Seedance skipped the lady with the dog (the dog talks instead). Kling gets blurry when things move fast. 4. Anime: Seedance 2.5. Better pedaling, the jump, the ferry in her eyes, and she hands off the package. Kling 4.0 has a great black and white impact frame, but she flips the bike and misses the boat. Score: Seedance 2.5 wins 2, Kling 4.0 wins 1, 1 draw. 💳 What it cost On my account, one 30-second 1080p clip cost 30 credits on Kling 4.0 and 480 on Seedance 2.5, so Seedance was 16 times the price. Prices can change with your plan or a sale, so always check the quote on the Generate button. My take: Kling 4.0 doesn't dethrone Seedance 2.5, and Seedance still needs work too. If it has to be right the first time, Seedance. If you want to try a lot of ideas, Kling 4.0 is the better deal. 📂 All 4 prompts (start frames, the 8 reference images and the video prompts) are free in my Skool: https://www.skool.com/nextphase-5790 📝 Frostline is a made-up brand, and everyone in these clips is AI-generated. ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Can Kling 4.0 compete with Seedance 2.5? 0:20 What can Kling 4.0 do on Higgsfield? 0:57 Which model nails a realistic 30 second train scene? 2:58 Can Kling 4.0 handle a multi-reference product ad? 5:49 Can you tell Kling 4.0 from Seedance 2.5 in a blind 2D test? 7:55 Who wins the anime test that decides it? 10:11 Does Kling 4.0 dethrone Seedance 2.5, and is it worth the price? 🎯 Plan your shot, open Kling 4.0 on Higgsfield and see if it hits your marks: https://higgsfield.ai/s/higgsfield-kling-4-0-yt-jadm-h-PCivIs 💬 Which one won for you?
