My NEW FAVORITE Skill - Claude Code Drives My Whole Computer (Better Computer Use)
I'm obsessed with computer use right now. My coding agent drives my computer every single day, and I don't use any sort of tool for it! No Codex computer use, no GitHub repo, no harness. The LLMs are powerful enough to drive the screen entirely on their own now reliably, so all it took was one super simple skill. That simplicity is why I love it even though I used to be quite opposed to computer use. It's lightweight, easy to customize, and when it makes a mistake the fix is one more rule in the skill. It sets up my machine in the morning, stages my demos, tests desktop apps, and drives other agent sessions. Drop it into any project, use it with whichever coding agent you're on, or install nothing and take the ideas. Free and MIT, I'll have a link below! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Check out Plural and their new product Workbenches: https://www.plural.sh/contact?utm_campaign=53500845-Cole&utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=paidsocial&utm_content=video-description ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - Join Dynamous for the new Agentic Coding Course 2.0 - the core of the course is now COMPLETE: https://dynamous.ai - The screen drive skill (copy the skill folder into your project or give this URL to your coding agent): https://github.com/coleam00/skills/tree/main/.claude/skills/drive-screen - All my skills: https://github.com/coleam00/skills - HiddenLayer article on prompt injection: https://www.hiddenlayer.com/research/indirect-prompt-injection-of-claude-computer-use ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 0:00 My New Favorite Skill: Drive Screen 1:51 Morning Setup With Your Coding Agent 2:41 LLMs Can Do Way More Than You Think 3:20 How Drive Screen Started 5:34 Sponsor: Plural 6:46 Live Demo 7:41 How the Skill Works 8:52 The Custom CLI Scripts 9:57 Hard Rules, Control Loop, and Traps 11:07 Prompt Injection and Security 12:22 Install the Skill ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Join me as I push the limits of what is possible with AI.
