How To Build a Viral Faceless YouTube (Turned Into A Free Skill)
π Get the skill free in my Skool (open the post for this video): https://www.skool.com/nextphase-5790 A channel posted its first video 10 days ago and already has 5.7M views. I turned its documentary style into a free Claude Code skill: true stories with a real map, real archive photos and real footage, built entirely in code on your computer. No video model, no animator, free local voice π Weekly calls in the Skool if you get stuck installing it. π οΈ How to install 1. Open the Skool post for this video and download the folder. 2. Open it in Claude Code and paste the install prompt from the folder. 3. Start a new session. Use Opus 5.5 (type /model to switch). The first run downloads about 850 MB, once (the free voice, the word-timing model and the renderer), so make some space. Then just ask: β’ "Make me a documentary about the Titanic." β’ "Find me a true story about the deep ocean." π¬ How it works My business partner Amine built a documentary skill: a real map, real archive photos, one camera that never cuts. I merged it with the Depth Theory look: "picture this, you areβ¦", the side view of the ocean with the little "you" figure, big labels with green checks and red crosses, and the dive. 1. The story: give it a topic, or ask for a true story. It comes back with 4. I picked the USS Indianapolis. 2. The script: every line has a source. No source, the fact gets cut. 3. The voice: Kokoro, free and local. Or plug in your own ElevenLabs key. 4. Word timing: "12 minutes" hits the screen on the word, and the red circle lands on "exonerated". 5. Real material: only public domain or free-to-use photos and clips, and it labels footage that isn't the real event. 6. The beat table: every line and what's on screen, so it never goes static. It can stop and ask you at the story, the beat table and the final look, or run fully on its own. πΈ Cost $0 extra. It ran on my Claude Max plan with Opus 5.5: no image credits, no video model, no paid voice. The Indianapolis film (1:38) took about 40 minutes from "find me a true story" to the finished file, footage and voice included. Each film is about 1 to 1.5 minutes. For a 10 to 20 minute video, make 6 or 7 and join them as chapters. For TikTok, make one story and cut it into parts. π° 3 ways to make money with it β’ YouTube itself, once you're in the Partner Program (videos of 8 minutes or more can have mid-roll ads). β’ Company stories: a 90-second documentary of how a business started. Even a dentist: the history of braces. β’ Agencies: a new style to sell to your clients, or use it for your own brand. I'm building an app that does the strategy part for you. It'll be in the Skool when it's done. β±οΈ Chapters 0:00 5.7M views in 10 days 0:27 The film: USS Indianapolis 1:14 "Documentaries are saturated" 2:12 Where it came from 3:05 How it works 5:01 What it cost 5:38 How to make money 7:05 The execution 7:36 How to install π¬ What story would you make first?
