DeepSeek V4.1 Flash vs GPT-6 Astra… IS IT Good Enough!?

From the creator

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash vs GPT-6 Astra—can budget AI actually cook, or am I sticking with Astra? A browser shooter for $0.33. A frontend for $0.20. Those are creator-reported prices, but bro... that's cheap. After GPT-6 Astra and Fable 5.1, though, another AI-generated game isn't automatically blowing me away. If I spend my evening fixing the result, what did I actually save? We're checking out DeepSeek 4.1 Flash's community creations, including browser shooters, GTA-style worlds, mini golf, animated SVGs and a Blender island built with multiple AI agents. There are also comparisons with Astra, Gemini 3.8 Flash, Claude Opus 5, Fable 5, Kimi K3, MiMo and GLM-5.3 Flash. My take? These demos haven't made me forget Astra. Not even close. But the reported costs make me curious about using Flash for smaller jobs before spending premium-model money on every attempt. Best-looking result and best value aren't necessarily the same winner. Would you start with DeepSeek and upgrade when it gets stuck, or go straight to Astra? Tell me in the comments. Model labels, costs, build times, prompt counts and one-shot claims come from the source posts. Different tools, settings and repair attempts can change the results. Some footage uses an experimental model identifier; it should not be treated as a controlled test of the final release. Quoted costs apply to those reported runs, not guaranteed costs for your project. The "GTA VI" label is not proof that DeepSeek recreated the actual game. AI Maker Residence at KOKO

The third AI workshop taught by our legendary teacher, Nick Sarafa. In one of the last events we did an asset manager raised an additional £25M on their fund within a space of 9 months. This is a full-day hands-on training workshop for purposeful co-creation with AI using Claude Code. Imagine having access to hundreds of billions of dollars of computing power and knowing exactly how to make it work for you through the power of super intelligence. One person did.
