My First Day With Cursor Projects
I got access to Cursor Projects and spent my first day using it to ship a real feature, an API for my transcription app for my first customer. Right now most people manage agents through a single chat like Grok Bot or through terminal tools built for advanced developers, and both fall apart as the requests pile up, the agent forgets a PR that's mid-flight, and your usage burns fast. Projects is one page where the whole project lives, so this is an honest first look at what it actually does: the project page, the agents it spins up, the PRs it's listening to, the exec status board I asked it for, the files that live on the Cursor side, and the same chat on my phone. Still in beta, still learning it, and I'll keep sharing what I find. I spent 12 years as an engineer at Apple, and now I build apps live on stream with AI tools and share the whole process as I go.
