Capture One [Portrait Retouching Tutorial] Day 4 - Skin Sheen & Dodge & Burn without Photoshop!

This is part four of my Capture One portrait photography retouching series without using Photoshop. In this tutorial, we will be exploring some of the unique ways I like to add sheen to the skin and life to a portrait by letting Capture One show us where we can dodge and burn to improve the depth of the portrait. We also need to do a bit of corrective color grading after the first effect to balance what we lose with the process. In the second part of the video, we explore some methods to helps feature the eyes and lips to let them pop a bit more using some of the same traditional painting techniques you can learn from sites and channels like @Paintable, @Udemy, and @Domestika (by the way, I pay for classes on three of those sites, and they are NOT sponsoring this video, I just love their content). This series is unique because we are not going to be discussing quick fixes, but rather we will deep dive into the tools and create a very clean and polished image that will make those Lightroom users cry themselves to sleep!
