How to Connect Claude Cowork to M365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & Calendar
This Claude Cowork tutorial shows you how to connect Claude to Microsoft 365 so it can finally take action across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and your calendar, not just read them. ⚡ Set up Zapier MCP ➜ https://m365zapiermcp.kevinstratvert.com and the Zapier SDK ➜ https://m365zapiersdk.kevinstratvert.com First, you'll set up the built-in Microsoft 365 connector in Claude Cowork and watch it search your Outlook mail and pull a table straight out of a SharePoint file, so you can see what the built-in connector already gives you. Next, you'll switch on Claude's native write tools so it can draft an email reply for your approval and send it, book and reschedule a Teams meeting on your calendar, and create a Word doc and upload it to SharePoint, all while you approve every action before it happens. Then, you'll connect Zapier MCP to unlock the first thing the built-in connector still can't do: posting a message straight into a Microsoft Teams channel. Afterward, you'll add the Zapier SDK to close the last gap, email attachments, so Claude can find an email, download the file, and add your signature.
