Then I'll prepare the Mac with Apple's Command Line Tools, Homebrew, Git, the GitHub CLI and Node 24 LTS, install Claude Code natively, and sign in with the subscription. After that, I'll add Zed as the editor with its external Claude Agent, show where T3 Code, Bambooed and Delta fit (including the subscription catch with Delta), and set up CLAUDE.md, Context7, the frontend-design and Superpowers plugins, and Claude in Chrome.
