I'm Building an AI Dark Factory That Ships Its Own Code (Public Experiment)

The Dark Factory is the wildest and most powerful idea in AI coding right now - a codebase that writes, reviews, tests, and merges itself with zero human code in between. The pattern is tough to make reliable, but the power is real and I'm running my own public experiment! I'm handing an entire codebase over to AI. The target is a real application - a RAG-powered agent that answers questions about my YouTube content - and I won't write a line of its code. I (or you!) file the feature requests, Archon (my open source AI coding workflow engine) runs the triage, implement, validate, and fix workflows, and the factory ships the code. The repo is live, the PRs are public, you can watch every merge come in.
