Every conversation you have with your coding agent is saved as a file on your machine - every prompt, every tool call, every failure. It's a goldmine of data that almost nobody takes advantage of, and it's the best way I've found to make my coding agent better over time. So in this video I show you two ways to use it! The simple way is one prompt that has your coding agent go through your past conversations and suggest the top improvements for your rules, hooks, and skills. The full way puts everything into structured tables in a database (I use Databricks), so you can easily query it with your coding agent and MCP. It's super token efficient too!
