I Was Wrong About Ralph Wiggum

I recently called Ralph Wiggum "the peak evolution of vibe coding" - and I did not mean that as a compliment. I was firmly in the camp of "Ralph Wiggum is overhyped, let's move on." But Geoffrey Huntley (the actual creator) commented on my post and shared his philosophy that made it click a LOT more for me. The Anthropic plugin everyone's obsessing over? That's not it. The real Ralph Wiggum includes very structured planning as a critical part of the process. Ralph Wiggum isn't meant to be a tool for vibe coding production apps. It's a framework for proof of concepts (at least until coding agents get much more powerful). And that's more useful than most people realize. In this video, I'll show you how Ralph Wiggum actually works.
