You Built Your AI Second Brain. Now What? (Here's How to Evolve It)
An AI second brain works for one person. Once a whole team needs one, that stops being true. And you can't simply just build a "bigger" second brain. The team needs a different layer underneath, and this video is about that layer - the team brain. I show you how the team brain works: how information from chat platforms, repos, and docs goes in a single table, how search over that table works, how every row gets labeled, and how the database enforces those labels on every read for security and permissions. Then your coding agent queries it over MCP with its own token, and your own second brain keeps its memory system and personality on top! I use Oracle AI Database to show it, but the structure works with the tools you already have.
