I Built the Best Free Claude Code for Local AI
⚡ Build AI agents inside Oracle Fusion with Claude Code, Codex or VS Code. Free templates and sample apps: https://www.oracle.com/applications/fusion-ai/ This free local coding agent runs open models on your own hardware with no API costs or setup. 🚀 Agentic Labs — exclusive AI coding courses, live Q&As, workshops & deep dives: https://skool.com/agentic-labs 🎁 Free RAMP course + all the resources from my videos: https://skool.com/leonvanzyl Most coding agents are built for big cloud models. Claude Code eats 34,000 tokens before you type a word, which hurts when your local model only has 128,000 to work with. So I built Smol Coder, a free open source coding agent made for local models. It finds your Ollama and LM Studio models by itself, so there is nothing to configure. I install it with one command, pull Qwen 3.8 and build a working browser game in minutes. Then the same local model builds a Minecraft clone with animals and crafting, working for 20 minutes without a single restart. The trick is where the plan comes from, and it costs nothing.
