Anthropic's Rate Limit Games Just Changed EVERYTHING (HUGE NEWS)

From the creator

Anthropic just extended Claude Fable 5 access AND the +50% rate limits again — the cat-and-mouse game continues. Meanwhile, GPT-5.6 dropped, and here's the uncomfortable truth: Sol is Fable-level, and Luna (the cheap one) ran for THREE HOURS unsupervised on a single /goal command — it read my repo for 13 minutes, then worked in 33- and 40-minute stretches until the whole thing was implemented. On barely any usage. Check out HarborSEO: https://harborseo.ai So do you still need to fork out for Claude Code? My honest take: I'm literally still running Claude Code as I record this — I think it's still the best harness. But if you don't want to spend big money, the $20 Codex plan is genuinely enough now: have a long conversation with Sol to plan, then hand it to Luna with /goal and let it run. And Claude has one glaring gap nobody talks about: they need a genuinely good cheap model (a proper Haiku 5.1) — until then, this is the value play. 👉 Harbor SEO — my AI SEO tool. Make a free account and try it: https://harborseo.ai Founder pricing is €29/mo — unlimited sites, 35 articles/month, and AI citation tracking included (see exactly when ChatGPT, Perplexity & Gemini cite your pages — a feature that normally costs a fortune). Use it in Claude Code via MCP, in n8n, or inside your own SaaS and sell the content as your own. Link in the pinned comment too. ⚡ The quick verdict • GPT-5.6 Sol ≈ Fable-level (my opinion, after using both) • Luna + /goal = 3 hours of autonomous work on one command, barely any usage • The play: Sol plans → Luna implements with /goal → walk away • Claude Code is still the best harness — but the $20 Codex plan is the value pick • What Anthropic actually needs: a great cheap model (Haiku 5.1, please) ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Anthropic extends Fable 5 + rate limits AGAIN 0:15 The cat-and-mouse game is getting tiring 0:32 GPT-5.6 — Luna is very good for very cheap 0:48 The $20 play: Luna + /goal 1:04 (Runescape tax — killing Cave Kraken) 1:30 Luna on /goal barely uses any usage 1:44 People say Sol = Fable… so why keep paying? 2:19 The harnesses are getting better too 2:29 The receipt: Luna High ran 3 HOURS on one /goal 2:53 It read my repo for 13 minutes before touching anything 3:10 13 min → 33 min → 40 min → 3 hours total 3:35 I'm still using Claude Code (about to hit usage limits again) 3:53 Codex plans: what you actually get 4:14 The crux: you don't NEED to fork out for Claude Code 4:21 The workflow: Sol plans → long conversation → /goal → Luna implements 5:18 Do we actually need Claude Code anymore? 5:31 Stupid games, stupid prizes — consumers aren't idiots 5:52 Claude Code is still the best harness (honest take) 6:00 What Claude is missing: a genuinely good cheap model (Haiku 5.1) 6:30 Harbor SEO — founder pricing €29/mo + AI citation tracking 8:07 Wrap-up 💬 Would you drop Claude Code for the $20 Codex plan?
